B Minus without B6 and B9

So happy someone shared this with me from Jason Hommel's Copper Revolution protocol. Rationale for excluding b6 and b9 is very strong. However the B1 dose is way lower than the protocol so it does mean i still need to add that. Also not being able to get it on subscription is impossibly annoying.

I like the B minus product as it fits in my daily regiment on the copper protocol. I do wish I came in higher doses, but I usually just double up.

As a follower of Copper Revolution, I really appreciate this B complex without B6 and B9 because it cuts down on the amount of capsules I need to take each day. I also like that it doesn’t have B12 in it as well so I can control how much of that I want to take. The higher amount of B2 Riboflavin in this product sets it apart from others. Taking a mineral protocol such as Copper Revolution requires higher amounts of B2 in my experience and this product helps me stay balanced without overdosing B6 and B9.
